Group Order and Merchandise Ordering Rules
Please read these rules before participating in my splits. I'm a US/California based group order manager who loves helping others get their merch safely as a hobby!
Please feel free to DM me if you have any questions. I reply within 24 hours.I'd like to preface that I re-use packing supplies (such as bubble wrap and cardboard) when possible and do own a cat. Some cat hair might come attached but I try my best to keep merch away from her. Please don't order from me if you're highly allergic to cat dander. I have not had any issues with any packages so far but I'd just like to make sure people who order from me are aware.
• Discord and/or Twitter communication is required.
• Domestic shipping within the US (tracked via USPS) will start at a base price of $4.50 USD (this includes supplies). Price varies depending on shipping zones.
• A breakdown of international and domestic shipping (with supplies) can be provided upon request.
• PayPal/Venmo/Zelle are my method of payments. No exceptions.
• Payment is required to secure merchandise unless otherwise discussed.
• It's the buyer's responsibility to inform me of ANY changes to their username/address. I require two forms of communication.
• I give a 72-hour grace period for claims after payment request. I cannot guarantee your claim after this period.
• Strikes will be given out without warning and will be handed to those who fail to communicate or ghost payment requests. I'm flexible as long as you communicate your situation. Strikes may potentially lead to a block.
• I'll hold onto paid and claimed merchandise for a max of 1 month.
• My DMs on Twitter or Discord (must share a server with me) are always open.
